Hollow Manor, the line between fear and fascination blurs. The haunted estate is more than just an attraction-it is a hunting ground, a place where monsters feast on the raw, unfiltered energy of human emotions. And among them, the most powerful of all is Caedis. Towering, dark, and painted in eerie black-and-white clown makeup, he rules the shadows, keeping the other creatures in check while feeding off the terror of the living. When Nora steps into the Hollow with her friends, she's meant to be just another visitor-an unsuspecting thrill-seeker lost in the twisting, labyrinthine halls. But Caedis senses something different in her. Beneath her quiet, timid exterior, a dormant power stirs, something ancient and nearly forgotten. She doesn't know it yet, but she is far from ordinary. Drawn to the ember of magic buried deep within her, Caedis watches. Waits. His hunt takes a sudden turn when he corners her in the dark, his presence lingering in her mind long after she's left the manor. He isn't done with her.

A hand landed on my hip in a tight bruising grip and the other snaked up to grab my throat in a light hold. I was pulled flush against his body and into the rightest, most comforting embrace I had ever felt. "You were planning to leave before meeting me, little witch." My heart skipped a beat, that nickname... and suddenly I was back at the night of the blood moon over a month ago, I was grabbed, body trying to put up a right and pull away when one of them smacked me upside the head with what felt like a ceremonial dagger. "Tie her up. We don't need her getting away while we do our summoning." I was tossed not so gently onto the stone altar that I had brushed over when first walking into the church and onto the dais. "Dark Lord, hear my plea! Rise! Do my bidding and I will give you the freedom you desire. Dark Lord, hear you humble servant's cry! Let us meet and destroy this world together. Dark Lord, take this woman as my offering!" As the moon rose higher, changing in color and giving us it's true nature for the night, the fog bleed. The blood moon was my voice, and as my familiar had his opportunity, he dove toward each cultist, cutting off their words. The chanting died but my spell rose. "Dark Lord, take these cultists as my offering!" An eerie silence settled over us, not even a single breath heard in the satiated night as a singular man stepped through the double doors at the entrance into the sanctuary. There was this faint red glow to his skin, eyes like he had plucked them from a cat stared the entire room down. "Who dares summon me?" It worked... One minute I was finding my family's Grimoire laughing at the bullshit content and then the next thing I knew I'm running from my family and stumbling upon Cirque De Soulless, run by a demon who saved my life. He's cold, drop dead gorgeous, and someone I should stay away from, but he might have more information on why my life went upside down.
