The summer of 1990 is one where the Losers hope to sit back and relax from the traumatizing year of before. With more time on his hands than ever, Richie searches desperately for something to get the haunting experiences from the previous summer off his mind, along with anything to make the haunting nightmares he keeps having go away. But nobody ever said it was going to be easy, and he might have more problems on his hands than before......especially when it comes to his best friend Eddie, who may just be the cause of all things in the end.......
