Darkness has a way of remembering. Even when we forget, even when we erase the past, it lingers. In shadows. In whispers. In the pulse of something unseen but always felt.

She never knew why the nightmares came. Why her hands trembled at the touch of rain. Why familiar strangers looked at her with a mix of fear and pity. Why her own reflection sometimes felt like a lie.

Tara arora had lived an ordinary life-or so she thought. Until the day she stepped into Ravenwood University. Until the day she locked eyes with him.
