Maya, a girl from Kaliyug never expected to take a one-way ticket straight into Dwaparayug. And definitely not with him-the almighty, the so-called wise one, the eternal headache she can't escape. Thrown into an era where she knows the future- well not quite well, where dharma, duty and destiny decide a person's worth, she finds herself walking a thin line between what should happen and what could happen. What happens when a girl from Kaliyug-reckless, sharp-tongued and free-spirited-enters a world that was never meant to hold her? Trapped between gods, warriors and a war that will decide the fate of Bharata, Maya is forced to question everything she thought she knew. Because in this world of dharma and destiny, she alone carries the burden of choice. And what happens when the girl who wasn't meant to exist... changes everything?

Hi. I'm Jones. My life was hard enough without being chosen to revive a bunch of gods. According to some ancient prophecy, I'm supposed to bring back a whole horde of deities to prevent demons from enslaving humanity. With the help of a badass demigod and a couple of friends, I'll have to get my hands on an ancient relic, reclaim a flaming sword, and raise the gods before I get killed by monsters. Or demons. Whichever one gets me first. Nothing to it, right? Unfortunately, though, I'm about to realise that the world is overrun with monsters and demons. And every single one of them would give anything to kill me.
