Piper Stubbs is a witch and she's proud of that fact. But she's always been curious about other worlds - so she decides to visit the human realm to make some friends and take a break from the chaos of the Boiling Isles.​

She ends up meeting a group of musicians who want to make it big, calling themselves Sesamoid - and so begin her adventures with the band in the town of Veilport, where nothing is as it seems, and science is at war with the supernatural.​
