What Was Ours All Along

Christopher 'Topher' MacGuire is used to packing up and starting over. New town, new guy for his mom, and same-old broken motel routine. So, when his mother's latest boyfriend offers them to stay with him in Northern California, Topher knows better than to unpack his hopes.

His plan? Keep his head down, stay invisible, and be prepared for the next goodbye.

But on the first day of school, he meets Sean--sweet, nerdy, and impossible-to-ignore Sean. And then Marco--Sean's best friend, the school's golden boy, and the type Topher would typically avoid at all costs.

For some reason, they bring Topher into their tight-knit world, and suddenly, it's near impossible to stay away.

And even if Sean is in love with Marco and Marco loves Sean, Topher doesn't know if he's willing to give up his spot right between the two of them.

Topher: Hey guys! You won't believe what just happened to m-
(Walks into a sexually explicit scene that should not be in a blurb.)
Topher: Uh..
(Sean and Marco look toward the door. but make no effort to move away from each other. Instead, the two just roll to the side so that there's extra space on the bed.)
Sean: Tell us about your day, babe.
Marco: (Silently pats the bed as if to confirm.)
Topher: (Thinks nothing of his intrusion and kicks off his shoes before joining them in bed.)
