Monsters have appeared years ago within Tenka City and little has been done to solve the problem. That's when a few magical girls have made their appearance to defend the innocent against them, most notably a duo going by: Tempest and Birb.
Kaya Aloe a second year student of Sakenomi High School is one of many fans of the duo. She is a relatively normal and cheery girl with a job at a maid cafe, life couldn't be better.
One day, Kaya's manager, Sakuya receives a hair clip meant for Kaya. The gift felt off but she gladly accepts, oblivious to a changing life.
