Ayana was a girl who was born unlucky. She was born in a village with strict patriarchy, where girls didn't get to do a lot -including education. Never got the love of her parents, they even beat her. Always bullied by the villagers.

But that was until she one day defied the rules.

When her big brother took her to the capital ignoring everyone's protest, and admitted her in the biggest academy there, Ayana had no idea what to do. But she realized something. Though it was the biggest academy to exist, no one knew anything about it.

She soon found out the reason for that as well.

There was magic in the academy. And no one outside of the academy knew the academy existed.

Ayana was shocked to find out that even she could do magic. But she couldn't do anything like that before. And then she realized the secret of attaining magic, which everyone called 'urja'.

But now Ayana has to navigate her way through this new life, while making friends and keeping up with her academic scores.

What will happen when trouble pokes her from everywhere?
