At The Ostrich secondary school in Gaslight Central in sleepy Wiltshire, southwest England, 15-year-old David Rose (nickname Rosie) regularly gets harshly bullied for being shorter and thinner than all the other boys in his year group.
Or so he says.
Either way, no one helps him or seems to care.
But now there is partial video evidence of a nasty breaktime incident, when 'Rosie' got whipped repeatedly with his own tie in front of girls - during a prolonged humiliation involving theft of his personal property - what is Headmistress Sarah Headinsand going to do about it?
Even though David's own written account seems compelling, SIX of his fellow students - including Amanda, a popular younger girl - testify against him, accusing HIM of being the bully.
