🔹 *Clory*: A 17-year-old girl with pale gray eyes, thin frame, and old scars on her body. She lives in constant fear of her mother. Though physically weak, she is highly intelligent. She loves the dark because it hides her tears.

🔹 *Khalssa (the killer mother)*: A hauntingly beautiful woman with long black hair and sharp, knife-like eyes. She acts kindly in public but becomes a terrifying monster in private. She kills in gruesome ways and hides the bodies mysteriously. She believes that killing protects her daughter from a "curse" that might strike her.

🔹 *The Father (the mysterious victim)*: Died under strange circumstances. His full body was never found - only pieces. The mother claims he ran away, but Clory senses there's a deeper secret.

🔹 *Detective James*: A man in his forties investigating a series of mysterious murders. He suspects Khalssa but lacks evidence. He has a dark past and sees something in Clory that reminds him of a forgotten memory.
