My Frictional World

It began with a book of blank pages. It ends with her lost inside them.

She didn't ask for the book-it was just a strange gift from a friend. No title, no author, every page blank. But the moment she opened it, her world slipped away.

Now, she's somewhere else. Somewhere unreal.

The sky feels painted. The air hums like it's alive. And then there's him-the only person she meets in this strange place. He's hauntingly familiar, though she's sure they've never met.

She loved fictional stories until she got there. She doesn't know yet that he's a character. She doesn't know yet that she's part of the story now, too.

The world builds itself around them with every step. There's no script. No rules. Just the quiet sense that nothing here is coincidence.

And once the story begins, it never lets go.
