(Mianite S2 One-shot)

I jumped as I heard a loud bang from outside, accompanied by a bright flash of purple light and a pained scream. I mentally groaned, abandoning the perch I was making for my owl pet, and rushed outside, knowing to immediately go up to the mountain where Wag lived. It sounded like one of his spells had backfired again, and judging by the scream, the result wouldn't have been pleasant.
In fact, now that I was thinking more about it, I was worried for Wag. I had never heard him scream like that before; so full of agony and pain. Now fueled by a new urgency, I rushed up to the doorway of his newly-built tower, courtesy of Farmer Steve, and hopped onto his elevator after finding nothing on the main floor.
It was on the third floor that I found Wag - lying on the ground and twitching slightly. But that's not what caught my attention.
It was the fact that Wag... wasn't Wag anymore.

*Note: This book is currently discontinued. At this time, I am re-writing it. When I have enough chapters edited and to my liking, I will start posting them on a schedule starting at the end of the discontinued chapters or I'll make a separate book for the new version. If you have questions about, don't hesitate to ask. The roof crashed down at the speed of lightning, crushing me under the table as I gasped for air. My mind scrambling to process what had happened as I felt rubble falling around me, surrounding me in darkness. I reached up, my arm stinging as I hit the hard wood table over me, which was keeping the rubble off me, miraculously. I wiped my forehead, sweat, and probably blood dripping down my arm and side of head as I reached for a nearby rock, trying to push on it, hoping that it might help me out of this disaster. "Mom? Betty?" I called, hoping for a response, only to get none. I didn't even get the slightest whimper from any of them. What the heck happened? "Mom?! Betty?!" I screamed this time, trying to push myself up onto my back, my leg killing me so much that I had to give up. I laid back down on the ground, placing my hand on the bottom of the table; anger, fear, confusion getting the best of me. I screamed as I banged my fists on the wood table. "MOM? BETTY?" Nothing. I was ready to bang on the wood again, but I flinched back when I heard the sound of moving rubble. Whoever it is was almost near where I was, and ... moving quickly. So, there's no possible way that it was a human. It would take hundreds do men to lift these boulders, but whoever this person is, is stronger than anyone I would kn- My thoughts froze as I watched something large wrap around the edges of the table, lifting it up; my eyes widening as I came face to face with the largest creature known to mankind. A giant. (This is my book from my own brain. These are my own characters based off my family members. Please do not steal it.)

I exited through the side entrance of the building and stood by the manhole cover, pulling it up and out of the way. I climbed down the ladder and slid the cover back over me, shrouding myself in pitch darkness. When I got to the ground, water splashed by my feet and I turned my phone flashlight on. Ice covered most of the walls and floor, except for the small puddle I stepped in. I looked around and started walking in the right direction. It was colder in the sewers this time of year and I almost slipped on ice a few times. When I saw familiar pipes and came to what looked like a concrete wall, a small smile formed on my lips. I stood in front of it for a moment, staring at it. "Come on, Angel." I muttered to myself. It's only been two years. I doubt much has changed. I took a deep breath in and reached up to pull the pipe above the closed door. I'm a lot taller now, so I didn't have to get on my tip toes like back then. The door parted open and I walked in slowly, hearing a thud behind me when it shut closed. It was quiet in the lair as I walked around, taking it all in. Most of it looked the same, while some parts looked new. I took my beanie, scarf, and jacket off, setting them on the couch nearby. "Hello?" - **** quick content and trigger warning possibility. Regarding the fanfics that revolve around the tmnt fandom and series versions, I personally have read many that involve hard language (cursing) and depictions of violent scenes bc it's whats in the storylines of all versions of tmnt across the board and through the decades. As stated in the information for the previous book for this mini series, if anything is offensive in any such way or should be corrected, feel free to reach out and comment or PM me regarding it and I'll gladly hear you out in order to learn from the mistake I made for future reference. The main character is based off myself since I wrote this back in high school--third year in college currently 2021--as a heads up***

"What the hell is your problem Mario."I yelled breathing unevenly. I noticed him fuming. I bet he hated being yelled at. Well, guess what, I didn't care. " You can't forbid me from going outside."I pointed my index finger to the gigantic black door that I just busted through. "Don't you. We never talked . He always issued orders to me. "You don't want to talk.you want to give and order. I just want a minute alone to think."I reasoned almost crying. "And you don't want to think precious. "Just fucking go upstairs! go and think from there!"he snapped. His hands balled into a fist. "You can not order me to think. I am not in the mood anymore.why don't you go ahead and write your orders down..that's what you are good at99 anyway. Husband! "he gave me a poker face making me wonder who the hell I got married to . I couldn't stand him even for a second. Sighing I turned around to the spiral stairs going to the bedroom. I just prayed that he kept his dumb ass downstairs or back to his office. Precious A 2o years old economic graduate has a bit of bad luck in choosing her partner.
