5 Years ago, earth lost the Giant of Light, Ultraman Z, to a 'timeless' villain. The third Ultraman to have fallen to a villain since the arrival of the original Ultraman over 200 years ago.
However, Earth never got the 'replacement' Giant of Light. There was no Ultraman after Z. And in a world without the Ultraman, Kaiju's and monsters ran rampant, alongside villains.
Humans had even developed natural abilities to combat Kaijus in the 250 odd years since they had appeared. But never once were they without an Ultraman.
Or were they? Because unknown to the people of Earth, a new Child of Light was born to Ultraman Z's human host 13 years before he died. A unique child that was both the Light and human at the same time.
But being a human made him susceptible to corruption, manipulation and other emotions that humans felt. Emotions that Beings of Light usually ignored when not united with their hosts.
But that's who we follow. The youngest Child of Light, Midoriya Izuku.

The Cosmic Wanderer(Cancelled)
15 years have passed after the Ultraman, Kamen Riders, and the Super Sentai sacrificed their lives to destroy Dark Killer and his forces in hopes to save the Multiverse. Everything is in peace after the destruction of the malevolent being, but peace doesn't last long. Dark Killer who survived the attack is alive, but barely as he continues to conquer the known Multiverse by sending his Kaijin and Kaiju forces to different universes by absorbing their negativity and conquering their universe at the same time absorbing the people's negativity to regain his full power. Meanwhile, on a distant world of Earth, a young man by the name of Isaac Furno is reborn on Planet O-50, the reason he died is that he sacrifices his life to save a little girl from a car crash. On the planet, Isaac is confronted by a being of pure energy named Silver. Silver explained to him that the known Multiverse is in danger and it's up to Isaac to save it, Silver bestowed upon him the powers of Orb with the addition of being transformed into all the Ultramen, Kamen Riders, and Super Sentai. Now given the power, Isaac will now travel to different universes, multiverses, and timelines and deal with whatever abnormal being that Dark Killer sent to it. Contain elements to Archie Sonic, Power Rangers Boom comics, and Doctor Who. Multiverse traveling. They have fought various enemies, different threats, all with help. But now, they're all alone with only their Cyber Cards. Xio is the only one there to back them up, but the other Ultras who had assisted them in their journey aren't. The Absolutian threat has worn the resources of the Ultra Heroes critically thin, and although their threat is over for now, there are other dangerous villains who are willing to take advantage of this instability caused all over the multiverse... His only light in this darkness being his mother, is willing to do whatever it takes to keep that smile she treasures so much to never leave the boy's face. But... Being a human at the end of the day, she can only do so much. Follow Kageyama through his journey to becoming one of the greatest heroes in the entirety of Japan. What awaits him on this journey? However, he still did get into the UA School, the school for heroines, just not as a heroine, obviously. He was just there cause there was no other school that would take him. But he did become a Hero. Just a hero without a Quirk. After finding a Chest containing Weapons, items, and other objects, he decided to become a Hero, with no quirk.
