There were only two things that scared Suho: death and oblivion. He wanted to be remembered for the good things he did, for making a difference in the world, so he hunted down people who committed crimes and punished them, as the boy himself said, "if the law doesn't punish you, I will", and with that he accumulated commotion and some admirers on the internet. While he gave a "moral lesson" to people, Sieun, a police officer, investigated him, thinking about involving him in his team to dismantle a dark scheme that existed in the city. "Justice is flawed because humans are flawed, but we... We will be perfect. We will make justice perfect."
