This one is an MHA Story. I'm going to start it off in a dark way, but with backstory to why it's so dark of a start. I'm going to use an OC instead of myself here. Umbris Musculus, a human born without a quirk, but something is off. Where are his human limiters? What do you mean they aren't there? WHERE DID HE GET THOSE BLACK WHI- Yeah, we're changing who gets One For All here. We're also changing who gets All For One, however.
