Oliver and Zachary have no one but each other. In a foster home on an isolated plot of land, their bond was carved deeper and deeper with each new day of neglect and abuse by their foster parents. During an escape attempt gone wrong, they are torn apart, each believing the other to be dead. Wracked with grief, the two boys have to figure out what it means to live without each other. Oliver ends up on the streets, while Zachary ends up adopted by a man with wicked intentions.
Over ten years later, Oliver and Zachary manage to share the same pastime - hunting and culling deadly criminals. Oliver focuses on his small neighborhood, running a "neighborhood watch" from his run-down motorcycle shop. Zachary focuses on the whole city, helping his two new adopted brothers, each with psychological issues of their own, to navigate what it means to have a code of ethics despite their shared psychopathy. When hunting the same elusive new crime boss in their city, the two finally cross paths.
