Carina had been alone for many years after Tony Stark her Father figure died. She stopped taking calls from Peter and Pepper and moved far from any of her friends that were left.
Her friendship with Bucky and Sam Wilson had slowly got left behind, only memories of the good times left. Sam was to busy trying to form the new avengers and Carina had no update on Bucky.
