Chloe Everstone Has a Curse and as you can see by the title of the story, She calls it the Sidelines Curse.
It's not a curse that hurts her or other people ( Purposely). It's a curse where every best friend she has gets a cliche love story that's sends them on a crazy adventure. Unfortunately ,due to the fact it started when she was 15 1/2 and moves every 6 months due to her fathers job as a field scientist, she has plenty adventures. All thanks to a crazy Gypsy lady that lived centuries ago. Great.
She is now 17 1/2 and has moved for the 5th time and is ready to embrace the next adventure, but this time her new best friend isn't the only one with a new romance on the horizon.
Werewolf's. The next cliche just HAD to be werewolf's and she just so happened to be the Betas mate.
This is not Suppose to happen.
Add in the accumulating deaths of Werewolf's with puncture marks in their necks, this adventure may just be the most exciting of them yet.

The Bloodline of Wolves
Magic should never have found its way into human lands and nature always must have a balance. When man first used magic to turn to wolf, nature's scales were tipped as the wolves ravaged any human territory they desired. In nature's attempt to find balance once again, man rose from the dead. (IF YOU DON'T READ ALREADY DONE FIRST IT WILL GIVE AWAY ALOT OF SPOILERS, THIS IS A WARNING) My mate is what we call special. Actually that's an understatment. If I had to get a mate why couldn't he be like, normal. Just a normal guy that will love me for the rest of my life, and put me before him, like mates are supposed to! Chapin (pronounced exactly as spelled chæ pin) could deal with not having a mate, but those dreams were crushed the day she felt the pull when she was only fifteen. Like any good story things don't go as Chapin planed. Especally the part where her mates pack is on the other side of the world. Things get complicated and she is starting to go nuts. Into the woods I find a pine tree. Perfect! Pine trees are great hiding places. The branches hide you visually and the smell masks your scent. I climb up as quickly as I can and watch the guy approaching. He circles my tree looking around but eventually gives up and goes back towards the houses. "Mate!" My wolf happily purs. "Not him!" I respond. "Denial." She says. "Refusal." I counter and she growls at me. "You will NOT reject him!" She orders. "He is a bully!" "He is mate!"
