While on a mission for The Valley Syndicate, Aleksei Volkov is recruited by Atlas Corbin a noble from Londyn to fight against the very face of justice.
On the outside the Global law Enforcement Association is an administrative and judicial body that aids countries to govern efficiently. But within festering pit of corruption and at its heart is Commissioner of Law Kang Hwa-ri.
Aleksei and Atlas along with others that have been hurt by the corrupted justice of the G.L.E.A. must fight back before Commissioner Kang's tyrannical rule grows even more powerful.
