When he wakes up after a long and painful fight he realizes where he is. In the room of Hermione Granger. In Grimmauld Place 12. He is stuck. In Grimmauld Place and to Hermione Granger. And when the order is no longer safe for him and he is placed in muggle London. he can no longer live without her. because he has no idea what to do with himself there. And it is getting harder and harder to control himself around her.
Draco knows damn well he shouldn't cross this line. But shouldn't and can't are two very different things.
And the only thing he truly can't do is resist her.
