Seven years ago, the members of Mystery Inc. walked away from everything. Shaggy runs a dispensary on the outskirts of town, his only real companion an aging Scooby.

When a local radio DJ is found murdered during a live broadcast, the crime scene bears an eerie resemblance to the one that ended everything. The symbols, the setup, the message left behind-it all points to the Brooke Marlowe case. And it drags the gang, unwillingly, back into the spotlight.

But this time, they aren't teenage sleuths chasing masks and rumors. They're the suspects. And someone out there is making sure the past never stays buried.
