In a post-apocalyptic world, where a power thirsty man has taken over the world pretending to be God himself, 19 year old Drew and 17 year old Quinn are forced to survive in a rundown, gang infested district. Little do they know that they are the beginning of an uprise, the meaning of youth in revolt. Nothing can stop them with the help of the runaways.
