The year was 2018, The federal Republic of Germany was enjoying a time of relative peace and stability. Despite the political drama between the US and Europe, they had remained stable under the helm of Chancellor Angela Merkel. This won't last for long, as on August 10th, 2018, a mysterious gate, a portal which connected two realities opened up, and from it, emerged barbaric invaders from a nation called 'Sadera' but soon, the mysterious invaders realized they stepped on the Dragon's tail when NATO came for them.

(DISCONTINUED. Rewrite in the works.) The year is 2030. The United States of America is enjoying a relative peace time. While there are still tensions around the world, the U.S. has managed to avoid any major conflicts. That was until a mysterious medieval-looking structure appeared out of nowhere in the middle of Washington D.C. Suddenly, the nation's capital is under attack by a medieval-style army and creatures only seen in fantasy stories. This mysterious army, however, soon realizes that they stepped on the dragon's tail. This story is based off the anime/manga series, Gate, but follows a different storyline and characters. I do not own Gate, but the story and characters in this story are mine.

American Gate
Inspired by stories like Summoning America and GATE, this is an original work that takes place in a completly original world with a unique and fleshed out hard magic system. On June 5th 2053, Second Lieutenant Daniel Ramirez is enjoying his day in New York City when a strange purple dome appears in the middle of Central Park. Medieval soldiers pour out of the dome, along with fantasy minotaurs and centaurs; they start attacking everyone they can find. The United States quickly overpowers the invaders only to discover a portal that leads to another world filled with fantasy creatures and magic.

After decade of crises, wars, and ideological disintegration, humanity has sunk into its own ashes. In the chaos where alliances collapsed and states disappeared, only one continent managed to survive - a united Europe. A mysterious, ancient-looking gate appeared in Washington, D.C., sometime in the 21st century. From the gate poured out monsters, knights from medieval Europe, and other fantasy-like beings, and they began a systematic slaughter of the citizens of the U.S. capital, laying siege to the White House. For the first time since the War of 1812, the streets of the United States became a battlefield. Due to their unrestrained arrogance, the Empire of Sadera immediately sought to claim the lands on the other side of the gate. However, they would soon realize just how inferior their own military truly was. Once the U.S. military mobilized, they attacked the invaders with their advanced technology, forcing only a thousand of them to retreat while killing or capturing the rest. This unprovoked attack on U.S. soil, not seen since September 11th, 2001, would be known as the "Washington Incident." In retaliation, the U.S. government sends the United States Marine Corps to the alternate world beyond the gate, thus beginning the American-Saderan War. Japan has no choice but stepped as new defender of Taiwan alongside with Australia, they form alliance known as the PDTO or Pacific Defensive Treaty Organizations, because successfull repelling People Republic of China from Taiwan and see how threatening PRC, some country decided to sided and join PDTO in hope for protection from Japan, while some country forming their own alliances to ensure safety from both Chinese and Japanese. As the PDTO on brink on war against the East Asian Defense Initiative or known as EADI which led by the People Republic of China, unexpected event happened as the entire PDTO transferred to unknown magical world With Vanish of threat from EADI, they could breath and calmed for moment, however, it's not time to rest as there may adventure or upcoming risk that would enlarger the name of PDTO.
