Prologue.

"I want you to promise me one thing before I go." Sophia's mom was in the hospital bed after many years from battling breast cancer. Her and her mom both knew this was the last time they'd be with each other. "Yes mom, anything, what is it?" She frantically said. She intertwined her hand with her mothers holding on for dear life.
"Find happiness and never let anyone take it away from you. I- she chocked out. I love you sweetheart." And with that her eyes shut. "Mom!' Sophia screamed. Tears flowing down her face. She viscously shook her mom in attempts to wake her up. it was no use she was already gone. And as Sophia left the hospital to find her dad and older brother, Daniel she thought about what her mom had said, but didn't understand what she meant.

6 years later Sophia was a junior In high school. Just when you thought things wouldn't get worse they did. Little did she know that just one boy would come into her life and would change everything.
