New villians are born as the avengers, heroes and villians were transform into a small disk known as Hero Appmon chips and Villain appmon chips, as as they thought they won, Spider-Man followed them and tried to get the chips from them, resulting the chips to be scattered across the worlds. Now it's up to the birth of the new App Drivers and their partner to be the ones to save the two worlds.
I do not own Marvel Disk War Avengers or Digimon Universe.

In the aftermath of Malekith's assault on all of the realms, Thor has made Midgard his primary home. In the midst of tragedy, his relationship with Dean further develops and the Avengers learn of the whereabouts of a missing object of vast power- the scepter Loki had wielded during his invasion of Midgard. Stolen by Hydra, an organization bent on world domination, the scepter has been used in their experiments on human test subjects.
