Miraculous Ladybug
It has been eight years since Hawkmoth's defeat and six years since her rounds as Ladybug, meaning six years since Marinette Dupain-Cheng's life was full of thrill and excitement. As a designer for a famous Parisian fashion brand, she lacks new inspiration from her repetitive life. One night, after desperation overcomes her, she transforms into Ladybug to experience the longed-for reveling sensation. The next day, however, headlines circulate that spur fear in citizens once they realize that their past hero Ladybug was spotted. The photos reach Adrien Agreste, now living an unhappy life in New York after the death of his father. Questions jumble in his mind as he wonders why his former partner now patrols Paris alone.
