They say every town has secrets. But this one? It hides them.

Dragged to a suffocating small town by her distant father and picture-perfect stepmother, Y/N has no interest in playing nice. Cold, guarded, and grieving more than anyone knows, she keeps her distance-from the fake smiles, the long list of unspoken rules, and especially from her unnervingly kind neighbor, Bangchan.

Then there's Hyunjin-beautiful, reckless, and frustratingly persistent-who she meets at the local record store, where static whispers louder than music. She hates him too. At first.

But as both men slowly crack through her walls, Y/N begins to trust them... until the lies start unraveling. The town is wrong-rotten. People pretend not to hear the wailing in the woods after midnight. And when she asks questions, they look the other way. So she turns to the only people who might be on her side.

Bangchan says one thing. Hyunjin says another.
Both claim to want her out.
But only one of them is telling the truth.

She just has to figure out who-before the town decides she knows too much.
