He awakens in a hospital, only to discover that his right arm has transformed into a demonic red hand - pulsing with uncontrollable dark energy. This power, known as the Red Devil's Hand, attracts the attention of a secret organization called Black Moon, who believe that the energy inside Ato is the key to unlocking the Eye of Truth - a force capable of merging the real world with the eternal one, and summoning the ruler of all demonic entities.
