Vexa Kamari, a woman whose lived a life of misfortune and suffering by the hands of the Number One hero, her father, has a powerful quirk. 
Bodily Manipulation gives her the ability to manipulate every atom of an individuals body, down to the atom. She can heal, kill, strengthen, or weaken any body from a single touch. 
This also gives her the ability to destroy and steal quirks due to having access to the quirk gene.
All Might, being traumatized from his battle with AFO, takes his fear out on Kamari, hoping to shape her into a hero by teaching her to hide her quirk from the world. 
Little by little, Kamari realizes just how abused and fear mongered All Might conditioned her to be, and finds herself, a hero, questioning...
Is the League of Villains right for wanting to take him down?
