Due to this, he was forced to do something more, other than ignoring it. The pain was too much to handle. It was time to take desperate measures; ripping out his soul with aid of a knife. Feeling soulless and empty after it's removal. Susie, Kris' new friend, had been wondering of his constant emotionless state. But out of character for her, she helped him through it without prying. But the more Kris refuses The Player's plans, the more The Player gets stronger.
