Gotham city has been torn to pieces, citizens being killed off every moment. Batman nowhere to be seen, Robin and Nightwing are missing, and Catwoman fled.
The villains are running the city.
Only the lucky, the strong, or the evil survive.
No one enters.
No one leaves.
But when one innocent girl is unlucky enough to get involved, she takes matters into her own hands and sets out to become Gotham's newest vigilante.
This girl is named Ly-a Kane, young successor and heir to the Kane riches and company who owns over half of Gotham.
She has the ability to slow time, but move at regular speed.
Will fun loving Ly-a Kane be able to save gotham, or will she fall like the rest of the vigilantes who attempted the same?

Ly-a is in college in Boston trying to get a masters degree in engineering. Harley has returned to her old job as a psychiatrist at the local mental hospital back in Chicago. Just as things go the way Ly-a and Harley want them to, things go awry in Blüdhaven and the city desperately needs their help. They meet up with Nightwing at his headquarters and discuss what is happening. It is being being raided by an army unlike no other. It is the Markovian militia invading and taking over the city. Without the help of Batman, and with Nightwing soon out of the picture, Ly-a and Harley will take matters into their own hands. His family didn't take the news very well, especially his biological son, Damian Wayne. He still continues his journey as the boy wonder. In his recent acts, he has been more violent. Bruce's death has torn the Bat Family apart, leaving the boy alone with Alfred Pennyworth. He never expected to enjoy the manservants company but he would prefer his family to be with him too. They are rarely at the manor anymore, mostly because it felt empty without Bruce there. One night, the boy wonder crosses paths with a thief that he has ran into once before. He never got her name and never bothered to look into it. The last time he's seen her, his father was still alive. The last time he's seen her, she was stealing something small. What happens when he finds out that this thief is one no other than the daughter of Harley Quinn and the Joker? What makes the girl so special? (I do not own the characters in the book.
