Peace of Mind

Michael 'Mikey' Sturich is a young journalist who's already made a large name for himself. His recent story in economic unjustice exceeded many expectations. His girlfriend, Jessica 'Jess' Holmefirth is a photographer and cinematographer genius. After working on some big names like "Planet Earth", "The Hornet's Hunt" and "A case in the Castle", she's enjoying a well deserved break.

Their income lands them a spot on a well known billionaire's party list. They're a strong power couple at such a young age, of course they've stolen the attention of Gerard Shulk. Gerard owns multimillion dollar companies. He's the kingpin among the modern day industries. He usually keeps to himself but this summer, he's hosting a giant party at a mansion in the mountains, one of his many properties.

Many big names arrive. Many aspiring business folk and talented upcoming men and women. Many veterans of the artistic and business driven globe.

Not even an hour into the party something causes a spark of fear, confusion, death and panic.

First time writing so no clue if this will be good. Hope you who's reading this, if you choose to read, enjoy this book. I'm aiming to keep writing this book through to the end but even Da Vinci and Van Gogh had to take breaks when crafting their art.
