Set in Boston in the 90's, Louis is a freelance writer, who travels America and reviews hotels, bars, and restaurants in historical areas.

When he stumbles upon an old hole-in-the-wall bar, he's immediately fascinated by the tall, dark, broody bartender.

Desperate for his attention, Louis pursues Harry, despite how disinterested the man initially appears.

In the days that follow, Louis finds some unsettling information while researching the area.

Is the hot, moody, mysterious barkeep who he appears to be? Is it possible that he's a cold-blooded killer, who murdered the only person who ever looked out for him? Or is there more to it, than initially meets the eye?

Harry owns a spooky bar in the middle of South Boston. Louis is a people-pleaser, with an agonizing need to know everything. When he finds out that there's a possibility that Harry killed someone, his plan to confront him goes awry.
