As the first ever Quarter Quell approaches, nobody quite knows what to expect. The special way of celebrating 25 years since the Dark Days was only just revealed to the citizens of Panem, and with such a big change to the dynamic of the Games, it's become clear that anything could happen. Katniss and Peeta were publicly executed after the Capitol took over again, and District 13 was completely obliterated. Since then, the Hunger Games have been harsher than ever.
