In the Pridelands, Kion is not just the leader of the Lion Guard-he's also notorious for pulling pranks, much to the amusement (and occasional frustration) of the other animals. From harmless tricks on Bunga to clever jokes during patrols, Kion is known as the light-hearted prince.

But everything changes when he gets his scar. The venom not only threatens his health but also shakes the confidence of those around him. Simba and Nala send him to the Tree of Life for healing-but deep down, they also hope the journey will help him mature.

At the Tree of Life, Kion meets Rani, who's calm, wise, and... not at all impressed with his jokes. As he heals physically, Kion starts to reflect on who he is-and who he wants to become.

Can a prankster prince grow into a wise leader? Or will his past make it harder for others to trust him?
