Jisung has always been good at pretending-pretending he's okay, pretending he's not still haunted by the echoes of his past. Between long shifts at the café and trying to rebuild his life, he convinces himself that loneliness is easier than letting people in. Then Minho walks in-sharp-eyed, tattooed, and devastatingly kind. And for some reason, he keeps coming back. Minho isn't sure what it is about Jisung that tugs at his heart so fiercely. Maybe it's the way he always puts on a smile, even when his eyes are tired. Maybe it's because Minho knows what it's like to fight for something you love. Or maybe, just maybe, it's because from the first moment he saw Jisung, he was already his. But healing isn't linear, and love isn't always enough to erase the past. As Jisung and struggles to believe he's worthy of kindness, and Minho tries to prove that not everyone leaves, they find themselves caught in a slow-burn dance of love, loss, and second chances. Everything about this story is fictional, there is no reference to real life or the people themselves. I don't own any pictures or names.
