Riley Warren once played the role of the perfect son. Dutiful student, quiet observer, tethered to a legacy shaped by whispers and unspoken rules. He'd spent years slogging through the relentless grind of university life, but university degrees don't loosen chains-and when he stepped into adulthood, he realized the walls weren't just metaphorical. His family's power didn't flicker under streetlights; it moved things. Buried beneath sleek suits and well-spoken threats, their world thrived on silence and obedience. So he made a bold, if not reckless choice to disappear. Armed with little more than a rebellious streak and a suitcase full of uncertainty, he vanished into a rundown apartment that mirrored the chaos brewing beneath his skin. It wasn't glamorous. But it was his.

Of course, leaving a family like his was never simple.

With his absence echoing in the wrong circles, Riley's disappearance sets off alarms behind closed doors. Every shadow on the street feels heavier. Every knock louder. And with parents who didn't just search-they sent people-Riley quickly learned that escape came with its own price. Now, tucked away in a dingy room that had clearly seen better days, he stumbles upon something, or rather, someone, entirely unexpected: Chase Kennedy. Frustratingly attractive, emotionally impossible, and somehow the only person who sees past Riley's sharp tongue and calculated distance. A young single dad with too much baggage and not nearly enough boundaries, Chase is all wrong for Riley.

And yet, beneath Chase's rough edges and exasperating charm, there's something Riley can't shake. Their worlds don't collide in explosions-they intertwine in slow, inevitable unraveling. As Riley balances on the edge of secrecy, regret, and the slow unraveling of trust, he's left wondering what freedom really means: breaking away from the family that shaped him-or daring to hold onto the one person who just might see who he truly is.

"I walked over to where Aaron was sitting on the ground, kneeling so that I was face-to-face with him. He was wearing a blank expression on his face so I guess he didn't really care if I kissed him or not. I took in a deep breath before taking his face in both of my hands and swooping down to kiss him. At first, I was so nervous I didn't realize that we were already kissing but after a few moments, I realized how soft his lips felt on my own. Before I can register it I felt him moving against me. I would have gotten off of him but I realize that he wasn't moving to get away from me. No, He was moving his lips against mine." °°°°° Aiden Moore isn't extraordinary. He has average looks, he is OK with sports, and his only strong point is that he is smart (although that doesn't mean much to his fellow classmates). And, of course, his virgin ass has never had a girlfriend, let alone a crush. It seemed as if he would never find someone. That was until he met her, Scarlett Hale. She was the most beautiful girl you will ever meet. Kind, sweet, and one of the few people with a higher GPA then him, she was amazing and Aiden imagined that she would be all his. Once Aiden gets rid of her boyfriend, Aaron Tyler. The most annoying guy you will ever meet, Aiden gags just thinking about him. The man is smoking hot and makes Aiden's dreams of getting the girl to seem very impossible. So what would happen if Aiden gets involved with the wrong person? Will Aiden get the girl? Will he fall short? Or will he fall into the arms of a guy who is in love with the girl he loves? _______________________________________ WARNING: First book EVER! Wyatt Kelly never had an easy life, at least in his opinion his life was never easy. Wyatt is 16 years old and lives on the streets, sleeps in alley way and manages to find odd jobs around time to pay for the very occasional new shirt or pair of pants from the second hand shop and his meager dinners every night. Now, you might be wondering why in the hell a 16 year old boy is living on the streets instead of living at home with a loving family for at least another two years? The answer is simple yet sad; his family which consisted of his mum, dad, an older brother and a younger sister all died in a house fire late one night while he was staying the night at a friend's house. Yes, he was taken into a foster home but he ran as far away from that home as he could after being beaten every day for a month because his foster father couldn't handle a 'fag' living in his home but he wouldn't send Wyatt back to the foster care system because he liked the money he received every month for keeping him. When he left he managed to leave the state he had lived in his entire 16 years, he escaped to two states from his own before settling where he was; San Diego California and he was originally from Salem, Oregon. He wasn't thrilled of being so far away from his families graves but he couldn't stand being in the foster home for however he would remain there. Wyatt plans on returning home when he turns 18 years old, only two more years before he can return and visit his family when he feels the need or would like to.

"You'll always be my bro... my special person." That was Joong Archen-affectionate, dramatic, and unapologetically loud in how he loved. He said it with a laugh, locking Dunk Natachai in a playful chokeslam as Dunk tapped frantically at his wrist in a mock protest. But then his tone shifted, laughter softening. "What if... your wife doesn't approve of me in the future?" Dunk coughed out a laugh, brushing it off like he always did with Joong's strange questions and cryptic remarks. That was just Joong-chaotic, unpredictable, somehow always pushing boundaries Dunk never knew he had. They couldn't have been more different. Joong was an extrovert who thrived on attention and late-night chaos; Dunk was an introvert who craved quiet, routine, and peace. But somehow, they worked. They balanced each other-fire and calm, noise and stillness. A friendship that shouldn't have made sense, but did. Until Joong fell in love. He never meant to. But it happened-quietly, completely. And it broke him, because he knew-he knew-his homophobic best friend would never feel the same. Or so he thought. When a moment of vulnerability turned into a mistake too big to ignore, Dunk chose to walk away. 7 years passed. Joong became a rising star-model, singer, and heartthrob. Dunk built an empire of his own as the CEO of Mon Amour, Bangkok's most beloved bakery. Their worlds had changed, but the wounds remained. As they come face-to-face once more, the weight of unspoken words and the sting of broken promises hang heavy between them. Yet, beneath the years of silence and pain lies a bond too deep to be forgotten. As they rebuild what was broken, their journey becomes one of rediscovery-not just of each other, but of themselves. The past collides with the present as they explore if love, when it's real, can survive time, heartbreak, and fear. Because real love doesn't fade. It waits-for the right moment to begin again.

"Loving you is exhausting and hard. Give me a freaking break." he said. "Then why are you still here?", she whispered with a pale and trembling voice, holding back the tears that were willing to fall down her cheeks. Laura never wanted to fall in love with someone she couldn't touch - someone who only existed behind a screen, a voice borne by time zones and poor connections. But Evan made distance seem hazardous. He made every silence burn. "You could've stopped talking to me." she said to him once. "I tried," he said. "You just wouldn't leave my fucking head." Somewhere in between their late-night phone calls and the words they never spoke, something real started to take shape - delicate, wrong, and beautiful. But love such as theirs was going to shatter. It was constructed on waiting, on jealousy, on all the things they couldn't have. And maybe that's the cruelest kind of love - the kind that feels infinite, but ends the moment you wake up. Until Aiden walked in - the man who was real, present, and everything Evan couldn't be. Aman who had actually been beside her even when she broke his heart, even when she drifted away to chase someone who made her heart ache in ways she never imagined. "He doesn't deserve you. please wake up Lau." Aiden told her. "Then why does it still feel like he's the one?" she whispered. "You're crazy." Somewhere between what she wanted and what she needed, Laura lost control. Between time zones and heartbreak, between messages and memories, something between them had shattered. Because sometimes, love doesn't ask you to choose between two people - it asks you to choose which part of yourself you're willing to destroy.
