A meteor comes from outer space and comes down to Earth, it lands onto the beach and then, The pups discover it, it zaps them and they gain super powers, the lookout is floating in the air. Harold Humdinger (nephew of Mayor Humdinger) discovers that he also has superpowers, and plans to use the meteor to go to outer space. I'm going to make this somewhat similar to the movie but a few things will be different, anyways hope you enjoy this pawsome story.
