Dear, Maria
Being immortal sucks, I wish I could meet you in heaven.
Dear, Maria
Life is hard, I don't know how much longer I can hold on knowing you're gone forever out of my grasp.
Dear, Maria
Today, I made my first friend.
Shadow mourned Maria, every, single, day of his life. He lived his life alone with not a single hand to hold or a place to call home. All he wanted was to feel wanted, or to feel that happiness that Maria once showed him was possible in such a way. His days were cold, dark, and lonely. That was, till he met a special blue blur, Sonic the Hedgehog.
Sonic was cool, Sonic was fun, Sonic was energetic, Sonic was funny, Sonic was happy, Sonic was strong, he was everything Shadow wasn't and thought he could never be.
Once they met Sonic showed love and care, they became close and even though Shadow had gotten something he had always prayed for-a reason to keep living-that's not what he wanted. Though Shadow had learned he loved the boy, as a friend and more, he couldn't stand the possibility of losing another loved one.
So he asked himself one question:
"Should I stay, and provide him with my love and protection all while risking losing him in battle, or should I go before I lose him and end up just as before?"

This story has been removed from Wattpad and should be available on Kindle Unlimited the first week of November. The title and author are the same--Breaking Us by Sue Ellen Bailey.
Blurb:
Mark and Tessa were each other's firsts. Married young with three kids and a stressful job, Mark feels like he skipped a chapter in his life, and Kate is there to fill it in for him. Tessa has her own news for Mark, but is blindsided before she has a chance to tell him.
A couple notes for readers to decide if the story is for you: there is emotional cheating/kissing. Also, there are Christian and faith themes in the story.
