Never did I think that at age twenty-six, I'd be back in my childhood bedroom, constantly hovered over by my sometimes overbearing but well-meaning parents. But I also never expected a sarcastic-yet annoyingly charming-ghost to become attached to me. Yes, you read that right. My life is a mess. How am I supposed to get my life together after the end of the only long-term relationship I've had as an adult, and figure out how to get rid of this infuriatingly persistent ghost who's now inexplicably bound to me?

When people visit you every single day, it's hard to get lonely. Unless you're a ghost. Actual it gets quite annoying. In fact it's heart breaking when the people you used to love the most look straight through you. It's even worse when they blame you for their broken heart. Because they have no idea I'm dead. I had everything
I had everything. Well I could have everything. Until my parents passed away and I got sent to live with my father's longest pal, 68 miles away from where I lived. A tragedy. I was handed off like an object unable to say anything as the authorities packed my bag and shoved me into one of daddies' nice cars. I took everything with me. All of mum's things, her clothes her jewellery. It was all I had to remember her by, after all, there was a lot of it. I took all of dad's things too.
