Now that Queen Zerapheum buried six- feet underground because of the suicide that she committed , chaos stirred District 55. The substandard avenues in District 55 had launched and emerged towing with them their crimes as they attacked and trespassed the upper echelons of the District. Scared . Frightened . The Senators and the Seraphs made move and sent a request to the King of Southern Capsbeaurg — King Zacarias , the Queen’s little brother to help them sort out their District. Until then , they put District 55 under Quarantine.
