Max doesn't hate Bradley, even after everything that happened at the X-Games.
He is however worried, no one has seen or heard anything about Bradley after the games, and when he showed back up at school the next semester, Max noticed how off he acted.
He was alone and constantly being bullied and made fun of whenever he was seen. Max seemed to be the only one who noticed Bradley's behavior, he looked sad and he seemed to want to be invisible. So ofc he couldn't leave him alone and decided to do something about it.
He had to make Bradley be friends with him, and maybe a little something more.

Short story {16 chapters} Jason hill- Star football player, popular, hard-working, and kind, but has a bit of an attitude. Jason Hill is everything you would ever want. It's absolutely unheard of and definitely the worst Person to feel ANYTHING but hatred toward, but what could he do? The feeling grows and eventually, so does their connection. In another Goofy Universe, Max and his band (Goof Troop debuted early!) are actually really close to the Gamma Mu Mu fraternity, since they know a few guys from highschool. They're on good terms with the frat's president, but Bradley chooses to keep his distance. There are times when Max and Brad run into each other and hang out, but that's about it. Christmas is around the corner and Bradley's parents are away for their annual vacation.
