He danced in the spotlight, but when the cameras turned off, it was always the same emptiness. The mask he wore to keep the world at bay was the only thing that held him together.
Every day, he fought the urge to leave, to break free from the endless cycle of being what everyone wanted him to be. But when the offer for freedom came-when the chance to escape his boss, his life, his endless performance-he found himself stuck. The pull of his old life was stronger than the promise of something better. His boss, the one who controlled his every move, was all he knew. And deep down, that was all he wanted.
