Dollhouse Of Smiles

He was the star. The one everyone loved-grinning, posing, and playing the role to perfection. Behind every bright smile and playful wink, there was a soul drowning in silence. He danced in the spotlight, but when the cameras turned off, it was always the same emptiness. The mask he wore to keep the world at bay was the only thing that held him together.

Every day, he fought the urge to leave, to break free from the endless cycle of being what everyone wanted him to be. But when the offer for freedom came-when the chance to escape his boss, his life, his endless performance-he found himself stuck. The pull of his old life was stronger than the promise of something better. His boss, the one who controlled his every move, was all he knew. And deep down, that was all he wanted.

He wanted to leave. But every time he tried, something held him back. His boss's words, the familiarity of his role, the twisted comfort in the chaos. He was lost in the need for validation, the yearning to be seen, to matter. And so, he kept going back-trapped in a life that promised nothing but more smiles, more lies.

Freedom was a distant dream. A dream he never quite reached. But the show must go on, and he would keep pretending, smiling, and hiding the pain behind the mask. Because, in the end, it was easier to live a lie than face the truth. But what if the lie is the only thing keeping him alive?
