By the 4000's the world started to expand to earth's moon Luna the other planets and their moons in the Solar System and started the seed ship program and started Earth's march forward in the field of technology, medicine and exploration without the pressure of the old ruling powers of the world the slow it for profit. In 4101 the first seed ship was launched from the Luna shipyard in the Oceanus Procellarum to colonise Alpha Centauri with each new seed Ship being sent further than the last. In the words of the late Stephen Hawking "There are too many accidents that can befall life on a single planet", unfortunately there are far more that can befall those in the void between them.
