Of course, he must get around the small obstacle of her guarded heart and desire to kill him every time he opens his mouth, but that should be no big deal for Castien.
Avery, on the other hand, is content to close her heart off forever -- she's been hurt far too many times to allow another chance for heartbreak. But to her surprise, despite her many attempts to make him hate her, she can't seem to get rid of the handsome Captain Rey. It doesn't help that they're trapped in close quarters on the open sea, but still.
