DekuBaku fanfic that takes place after the manga episode 424 in the hospital. Kept most aspects the same except they're 18 at the time of the war and have finished their second year, about to start their third year.
Warning: There will be a small amount of smut in part 1 then a lot from there on. Will start off vanilla then go into a dom/sub dynamic.
There will also be lots of plot as well, including a healthy mix of angst and fluff! :D
I really like to hit on how the war affected them mentally & physically! If you've only watched the anime and haven't read the manga this WILL contain spoilers! Wait till season 8 comes out or read the manga before reading this fic :)

She's a flirty outgoing party girl who always seems to make trouble for Deku. Mika isn't really his sister. Deku has Dissociative Identity Disorder. His main identity is Deku and his second personality is Mika. Kacchan meets Deku when his company needs help with their website and he is instantly smitten with the shy young man. How will he react when he meets Mika for the first time? I am by no means a psychologist. I will probably be pretty wrong about D.I.D and I don't mean to disrespect anyone that suffers from this disorder. In this AU there are no quirks and being trans is not taboo and fairly common. I am just borrowing the characters from My Hero Academia that is written by the great Horikoshi. Mika is aware that she has the body of a male, but feels that she is female. Mika is the more aggressive of the two and is the protector. The times she has been confronted by her partners about her real gender she becomes violent. Not go to jail violent, put punching and slapping. When Deku becomes frightened or very stressed Mika takes over. I'm not an artist so I have borrowed the art for my story. When they corner the villain Overhaul, the question of who is number one finally seems to be settled, until Izuku collapses in the middle of the fight for some inexplicable reason. Shocked, Katsuki discovers that his childhood friend is not a beta as assumed, but an omega. Even more so, one who is just caught off guard by his heat. Katsuki is distracted by Izuku's pheromones and Overhaul overpowers him. Instead of continuing to fight, the villain grabs the green-haired pro hero and disappears with him without a trace. It is not until two years later that the kidnapped Izuku is recovered.
