Marcus Zane Baruso is your typical anti-social nerdy teenage boy. Always in the background and not wanting to cause anyone trouble. He is very smart and talented but isn't one to show it.
He likes reading, gardening, late-night walks in the park, music, sunsets, sleeping, drawing, and organizing. He dislikes messy places, loud people, parties/gatherings, drama, his P.E. teacher, his mother, long presentations, and woman. He doesn't hate them, but he always feels weird and awkward around them expect for his twin sister Ali. But one woman he has eyes for is HER.

Nia Dove Brooks is those well-known popular girls, always going to parties and being loud. Luckily, she doesn't talk sh!t about anyone like her friends do. She tries her best on everything, even though she is a bit dumb and forgetful (She forgot her own name more than once for example).
She doesn't really dislike anything except rude people and her father. She likes parties, interacting with people, watching movies, sleepovers, makeup, Stuffies, Pictures, her bestie Ali, but she really likes HIM more than she can know.
