This story is set in the three months leading up to the first Peaky Blinders episode. Thomas and his brothers have returned from France, and they immediately begin work on rebuilding the Peaky Blinders' reputation for ruthlessness. Meanwhile, Thomas struggles to adjust to civilian life, haunted as he is by memories of war.
