AetherCraft

there is a group of incredibly intelligent individuals who have the ability to manipulate Aether. the very fabric of space time. they call themselves Aether monks and live on the summit of a very high mountain. conveniently excluded from the world. being that their rule is never to interfere with the outside world.

predictably, one of them soon feels the need to explore the world. but no! he might be banished from the monastery, this doesn't stop him though. he follows his heart, eventually getting banished. alongside a female sympathizer. fast forward five years. another monk joins them in exile, they are ready to enjoy the world to the full when . . . they receive news that their monastery has been ransacked and their leader killed. they want revenge. they want to rescue the captives. they will have to break the ultimate Aether rule and they will find themselves redefining what it really means, to be an Aether monk.
