A girl from Korea, adopted by a newlywed couple from Japan. Her passion in volleyball was like no other, and her adoptive father, trainer for Japan's national team, trains her with them. She learned her skills from some of the most famous players in the continent.
Wanting the high school experience, she gets sent to Hyogo prefecture to live with her "cousin" and to learn from the "best" setter in his age range. She makes friends with her new classmates, talking to them about her life before she moved, mentioning a certain someone with distinctive beauty marks above his eyebrow. She doesn't remember the name of her old friend, only that he was "cute".
